For vehicle parts exported from the EU, VAT refunds are excluded by law. Since bike racks are legally considered vehicle parts, we are unfortunately unable to offer VAT refunds to our Swiss customers.
For orders to third countries with a goods value of over €1000, delivery times may be extended due to the required customs declaration. To avoid this, we recommend splitting the order into two separate shipments.

Installation was very easy and only took 5 minutes. The holder looks very robust and still takes up virtually no space at all. Suspending the bike trailer was also no problem at all and the tensioning strap keeps it firmly attached to the caravan. We have not yet been able to test the system while driving.

Hello, we were very happy that you sent us the parts of the rack on our trip, because we had a lot more space in the trunk of the campervan in one go.
The installation was super easy 👌
The transportation is great. You don’t notice that anything is hanging on the door. The reversing camera installed in the middle at the top of the door is hardly restricted by the child trailer.
We have been driving with the child trailer installed on the rear door and a cover for over 6 weeks in sunshine, heavy rain with gale-force gusts and snow over muddy and sometimes very dusty roads from Kiel via Denmark and then from Bergen (Norway) on the far west coast of Norway via the Lofoten Islands to Tromsø. We are on our way back and, contrary to our fears, the child trailer still looks tiptop.
