roduct is well-made and of high quality, but I have to deduct a point for the stainless steel nuts and bolts—their quality could be significantly better for such a high-end product. Another point of criticism is the plastic mounting nut for the arm that holds the rear tire. You can’t tighten this plastic nut enough to keep the bike in place while driving, which in turn can lead to contact with the car. I see room for improvement here. All in all, I’m very satisfied and would buy this rack again anytime.

It’s not at all easy to find screws of the quality we need that are made of genuine stainless steel and also have a black head. Many so-called black stainless steel screws on the market aren’t actually made of stainless steel and start to rust after just a short time. Nevertheless, we’ll certainly take your feedback on this into account. Regarding your second point, the star-shaped handle on the tire holder: Please reach out briefly to our support team at [email protected]. e bike and backpack, weighs almost nothing and can be taken on every tour. The fact that your arms are free not only makes carrying your bike much more comfortable, but also safer. Should you get stuck with a tire on very narrow trails, the suspension acts like a joint, the bike rotates very slightly until the obstacle is overcome and you can continue without any material wear or stress peaks in the system material, backpack or bike. Very high-quality workmanship, well thought-out, easy to use and a real problem solver. When you use the system for the first or second time, it's not quite so easy to attach the bike correctly. But you soon get the hang of it. I first lifted the bike, felt for the screw with my right hand and put the bike in the right position with my left hand. There were two of us, which made it even easier to attach the bike. Lifting the bike out is no problem at all. All in all: Very, very cool!
