roduct is well-made and of high quality, but I have to deduct a point for the stainless steel nuts and bolts—their quality could be significantly better for such a high-end product. Another point of criticism is the plastic mounting nut for the arm that holds the rear tire. You can’t tighten this plastic nut enough to keep the bike in place while driving, which in turn can lead to contact with the car. I see room for improvement here. All in all, I’m very satisfied and would buy this rack again anytime.

It’s not at all easy to find screws of the quality we need that are made of genuine stainless steel and also have a black head. Many so-called black stainless steel screws on the market aren’t actually made of stainless steel and start to rust after just a short time. Nevertheless, we’ll certainly take your feedback on this into account. Regarding your second point, the star-shaped handle on the tire holder: Please reach out briefly to our support team at [email protected].
