PUSH components stands for smart transport solutions for van life, cycling, winter sports, and outdoor enthusiasts of all kinds.
We develop products for people who are out and about and want to transport their equipment safely, flexibly, and without compromise.
Born from genuine passion. Tested in everyday life. Built for adventure.
HOW IT ALL BEGAN
It didn’t start with a business plan.
It started with back pain.
Lenz and Betti are passionate mountain bikers—and developed back pain from carrying their bikes on their backs to the trail.
So the question wasn’t: How do we start a company?
But rather: How do we solve this literal pain point?
In 2017, this led to the creation of HOOKABIKE—an innovative bike carrying system for backpacks. A practical solution for practical use. Lightweight, functional, and uncompromisingly well thought out.
And PUSH components?
It was created on the side. Alongside their day jobs. With many productive evenings in the living room.
The first products were assembled, packaged, and shipped from home. Every order passed through our hands. Every piece of feedback went directly into further development.
And this is precisely the essence of PUSH components:
We only develop products that we ourselves need.
This was followed by DROPAFORK, the fork lowering aid, and PADABIKE—small products with a big impact.
With our own campervan came the next realization: there is a lot of potential for optimization at the rear of the vehicle.
In 2021, this resulted in the PUSHrack—a modular, robust rear rack for campervans.
Today we are focusing entirely on PUSH components.
We improve details, optimize processes, and tinker with the next ideas. Because most of the time, it all starts with one question:

At PUSH components, we are constantly on the lookout for new ideas that make life on the road easier, safer, and more flexible—whether you’re living in a van, riding a bike, or enjoying winter sports.
We love what we do and put all our passion into developing smart products.
Our ideas don’t come from the office, but from traveling, camping, biking, and playing in the snow.
PUSH components is a young, dynamic family business founded in 2017 by Austrians Laurenz Dann (Lenz) and Bettina Schindelka (Betti). The two develop and produce innovative transport solutions for campers and athletes. The maximum functionality of the products goes hand in hand with the minimalist design, which has already won several awards.
Production takes place entirely in Germany.

How we work
Good products take time. Every idea goes through several prototypes, test phases, and real-world use before it goes into production. Only when we are convinced ourselves does a product go online.

OUR SUSTAINABILITY
COMMITMENT
🇩🇪 Made in Germany: We develop and manufacture in Germany – for short transport routes and close cooperation with regional partners.
♥️ Social responsibility: We work together with Oberlandwerkstaetten, a non-profit organization that helps people with disabilities discover and develop their individual strengths. Oberlandwerkstätten handles most of the production and assembly. This allows us to support not only the region, but also social inclusion.
📦 Environmentally friendly packaging: We use reusable linen bags. Not only are they attractive, but they also make a statement against single-use material.
📯 Short transport routes: Efficient shipping with a regional partner.
🌟 Taking responsibility: We are convinced that genuine quality can only be achieved through social and sustainable responsibility.
