For many people, van life and surfing go hand in hand. At the same time, transporting surfboards on a camper van can often be a challenge: modern camper vans usually have limited roof load capacity, while the interior is already filled with camping and sports gear. On top of that, different boards are needed depending on the conditions—from shortboards to longboards.
With the new PUSHrack surfboard rack, PUSH components is expanding its modular rack system with a solution specifically designed for delicate water sports equipment, ensuring safe external transport at the rear of the vehicle.

Designed for transporting delicate boards
The surfboard rack is designed to allow up to three boards to be transported securely and space-efficiently on the outside of the camper. The focus is not only on stability while driving, but above all on transporting the boards in a way that protects them.
A special technical felt, similar to that used in modern car washes, is applied to the contact surfaces. The material protects sensitive surfaces from pressure marks and scratches and is made from production surplus—a contribution to the circular economy.
Assembly and loading by one person
A key feature of the system is the integrated board holder, which takes the form of a stabilizing pocket. This allows the board to be safely placed in position before being secured. As a result, you can load the board on your own without needing any additional help.
The surfboard rack is designed for use both on trips and on challenging off-road trails, ensuring that the boards are securely fastened to the vehicle.
Modular system for various equipment
The surfboard rack is part of the modular PUSHrack system and is compatible with standard mounting rails such as Airline, Thule, or Fiamma rails.
In addition to standard surfboards, the system is also suitable for other water sports equipment such as:

Anti-Theft Device
To prevent anyone from stealing your valuable boards from the PUSHrack surfboard rack, you can equip it with an optional security kit. This protects your boards from unauthorized access during breaks, at campsites, or while on the road. If you combine the security kit with a security lock that includes an alarm, it will sound an audible alert in the event of any tampering attempts.
