Hello Kunde!

In May, a lot of our focus was on the new surfboard rack: manufacturing, packaging, training, testing, and, of course, shipping. We also unveiled our surfboard rack to the public for the first time at Gates of Summer and, as part of a DIY workshop, fitted two buses with l-tracks together. We certainly didn’t get bored, and today we’d like to share a few stories from that time with you.

Looking Back: Gates of Summer

Sun, lake, sauna, yoga, and plenty of great conversations: Gates of Summer at Lake Faaker See was a huge success for us.

We also enjoyed Carinthian delicacies, a laid-back van life vibe, and—thanks to the Fellival—what felt like more dogs than camping chairs. ๐Ÿถ

We were especially thrilled by the huge interest in our new surfboard rack and the many personal conversations we had with you.

That’s exactly why we love events like this. ๐Ÿšโ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿ„‍โ™€๏ธ

The History of the PUSHrack

The PUSHrack was born out of a very specific problem: How do you transport bicycles on a camper van without constantly having to make compromises?

What was originally intended as a solution for our own van quickly sparked interest among friends, at campgrounds, and on the road. From the first racks, which were still built at home, the modular system gradually evolved into what is now in use on thousands of vehicles.

In our new blog post, we look back on the early days, the first prototypes, and the many encounters with like-minded people who have contributed to the improvements of the PUSHrack.

PUSH DIY-Workshop

We especially enjoyed an in-house
DIY workshop
.

During the workshop, two buses were fitted with l-tracks. However, this wasn’t done by Lenz, but by the colleagues themselves. This time, Lenz was “only” there to explain what was important.
Thank you for being part of our journey!
