Summer is here, and as usual, we’ve been keeping pretty busy: We welcomed new colleagues to the team and immediately spent two intensive team-building days together. Between our daily office routine, shared lunches, a small product raffle for our display walls in the office, a strengths workshop, and a surfing session at O2 Surftown, there was plenty of team spirit in the air.

And of course, that’s not all: From July 10–12, you’ll find us at Adventure Southside. Plus, our free PUSH coloring sheet is now available for download, and on our blog, we’re launching a new series featuring real camping stories from our community.

In an interactive workshop, we discussed the individual strengths that each of us brings to our team. What was especially nice: We didn’t just analyze our strengths—we also captured them creatively.

And we celebrated our surfboard rack with a group surfing session in Munich. It’s a product that embodies a lot of hard work, passion, and team energy.

Summer is just around the corner, and with it come long road trips, afternoons at campgrounds, rainy days in the van, and moments when little campers need something to do.
